Rental information

The units are available on a six monthly licence agreement.

There is a 50% reduction in rates payable for SME's by contacting N.C.C.

To manage costs each unit has its own electricity meter and is charged separately.

There are two lines available in each office and can be connected by contacting BT.

A months deposit is required in advance i.e. two months rent payable on booking the room

A bond of £50.00 is required against electricity used.
